Zoomtak offers a 12 months warranty for all of our streaming box including accessories. Dis-assembly, misuse such as dropping, waterlogging or any other external factors which cause damage to the item, are not covered by the warranty. If you experience any issues with your streaming box, please email or start a live chat with us first, to see if we can help diagnose the problem quickly. If we cannot fix the problem, please contact your local distributors or wholesalers where you bought the unit, they can help to analyse the problem and solve it for you. If they cannot fix the problem, they will replace it with a new one, as Zoomtak offers a fix or replacement service to all of our distributors and wholesalers worldwide. We don’t accept private end users returning the streaming box to us directly. Due to our strict quality control and top quality materials, our streaming box average defective ratio is very small .
If anything is defective or missing on arrival, please inform the transport company (express or shipping forwarder) immediately, keeping proof and confirmation. If you can offer detailed picture to us, it will be helpful for us to deal with express or insurance company in time.
Zoomtak does not provide support on any 3rd party add-ons within the KODI application. These add-ons are serviced, owned and operated by 3rd party companies that have no affiliation with Zoomtak. If you are experiencing issues with any add-ons within KODI, Zoomtak will try to update or replace them with alternative add-ons, but this does not refers to quality issues.
